Rofos Residence Rules:

  • 5 persons max
  • Minimum staying 4 nights
  • All areas are for our guests only, except the patio shared garden
  • Visitors must follow the rules
  • Smoking, vaping, electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the indoor areas
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Events are prohibited
  • Arrival time flexible
  • Departure by 12:00pm
  • Key box arrival with or without the host

Departure instructions:

  • Collect used towels: please place dirty towels in the basket on top of the washing machine
  • Throw away the trash
  • Turn off lights and appliances: please before leaving turn the key next to the entrance of the house to turn off the electricity
  • Lock: please lock before leaving
  • Key returns: please place the key to the key box located outside of the entrance
  • Contact available in case of any emergency (Viber, Whatsup, email)
  • Check in key box at the entrance
